I was all set to leave some reviews on GetApp, but I couldn't find a single thing on the entire site that pointed me to the 'Write A Review' button. Sadly, I never stumbled upon that option anywhere. I reached out to the reviews compliance team, and all they did was send me a link to review software on Capterra. Eventually, I did manage to locate a link to write a review, but to my shock, even though I got an email saying I had submitted one, there was no sign of it on my profile. There's no button to click for writing a review, and I can't add the software I use to my profile either. The support team is just awful; they keep sending me links to Capterra instead of helping. Honestly, their support is so bad, they don’t even take the time to read your emails and just rush to send a generic response that doesn’t address your question. This site is just a maze of confusion. If anyone out there knows how to write reviews directly from the site, please help me out because the support team sure can't.

UPDATE: I just shot another email to GetApp asking for a link to write reviews again, and guess what? They replied saying I violated a guideline. And get this, I hadn’t even written a single review yet! I received the same exact email from Capterra. It’s an automated response, and it even had a note saying, 'Please note that this response will close this ticket. Any response will be sent to an unmanned mailbox and will not be responded to.'

No doubt about it. GetApp is solid, dude. Back in 2021, when Covid was causing all sorts of chaos, I had to choose some software to back up my business. I’m really grateful to GetApp for the fantastic assistance it provided.

Even after 2 years, they're still at it with the same scheme. This kind of conduct ought to be dealt with legally!
